The middle beginning of CNC machining is developed from a CNC milling machine. In the late 1940s, the United States began to discuss CNC machine tools. In 1952, the first CNC milling machine was successfully developed in the servo laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and put into use in 1957.
CNC machining refers to the machining with special tools of CNC machine tools. CNC machine tools are programmed and manipulated by CNC machining language, generally G code. The NC G code language tells the NC machine tool which Cartesian coordinates to use for machining the NC blade and controls the feed rate of the NC blade and the rotating speed ratio of the spindle bearing, and its special tool converter, coolant and other functions.
